Cytoplasmic ING5 expression was positively associated with lymph node metastasis, and negatively related with age, lymphatic invasion and CPP32 expression (p < 0.05), but not correlated with sex, venous invasion, clinicopathological staging, ki-67 or p53 expression (Table 2, p > 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene ING5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
