As illustrated in Fig. 4, application of the Rac1 inhibitor NSC23766 trihydrochloride (100 μM) for 2 hours was followed by a significant increase of soluble G-actin over F-actin in human endometrial cancer Ishikawa cells (***P = 0.0006), thus mimicking the effect of LeftyA treatment (*P = 0.037).
