Similarly, we exposed the LV-VP16-CREB-GFP- or LV-GFP-infected or vehicle-treated hippocampal neurons to 10 μM NAN-190 for 48 h (starting at d 8 after virus infection) and found that LV-VP16-CREB-GFP rescued NAN-190-induced reduction in expressions of synapsin (F(3,12) = 15.16, P = 0.001) and spinophilin (F(3,16) = 31.64, P < 0.001) (Fig. 2E).
