This approach also demonstrated that the most stable genes differed among the various treatments: EF, TUB and G6PDH were found to be the highest ranked genes for the different developmental stages; EF, ACT and RPL13A for the different body parts; TUB, EIF4A and G6PDH for the low-temperature challenge; EF, 18S and TUB for the fungal infection; and ACT, EF and EIF4A for the dietary treatment (Fig 3). The gene discussed is RPL13A; the disease is fungal infectious disease.
