LAPTM4B *1/1 was more frequently detected in colon cancer patients with lymph node metastasis and TNM III+IV stages compared with non-lymph node metastasis and TNM I+II stages in total colon cancer (discovery + testing cohorts) (P = 0.106, 29.6% vs. 46.6% and P = 0.157 31.4% vs. 46.6%, respectively).
