We divided the patients into high CRLF2 expression (Quartile 1-Quartile 2) or low expression (Quartile 3-Quartile 4) groups and analyzed the relationship between CRLF2 expression and clinical characteristics in the cohort of B-ALL and T-ALL respectively (Supplementary Table S1 and S2). The gene discussed is CRLF2; the disease is acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
