Similarly, expression of serum IQGAP3 in patients with HCC (266.71 ± 178.47 pg/mL) was evidently higher (P < 0.001) than that in patients with cirrhosis (66.44 ± 63.97 pg/mL), or healthy controls (59.50 ± 51.08 pg/mL). This evidence concerns the gene IQGAP3 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
