CCT3 and cancer: The patients in HCC group, 56.3 % were staged as TNM I + II and 43.7 % as III + IV; 40.4 % of patients were classified as child-pugh A, 26.3 % as child-pugh B and 33.3 % as child-pugh C. We found that CCT3 and IQGAP3 protein levels were correlated with etiology of HCC, tumor size, number of cancer nodules and child-pugh classification (P < 0.05).
