Unfortunately, this study did not distinguish between anti-Ro60/SSA and anti-Ro52/TRIM21 autoantibodies (the second most common autoantibody observed in SSc cohorts) because the latter have recently been associated with interstitial lung disease in SSc [42,43], MCTD [44], and other CTD [45]. The gene discussed is RO60; the disease is systemic sclerosis.
