Patients with advanced prostate cancer were older (65.97 ± 5.97 years vs 63.44 ± 6.28 years; p = < 0.001) with a higher PSA (14.54 ± 17.84 ng/ml vs 7.81 ± 4.55 ng/ml, p < 0.001) and smaller glands (51.53 ± 29.86 ml vs 76 ± 44.05 ml, p < 0.001). Here, KLK3 is linked to Familial prostate cancer.
