We focused on FGFR signals and performed targeted DNA sequencing for FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, and FGFR4. In this study, 11.1% (5/45) of the HCC tumors had FGFR mutations, which is slightly higher than the previous report [20]. Here, FGFR4 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
