We focused on FGFR signals and performed targeted DNA sequencing for FGFR1, FGFR2, FGFR3, and FGFR4. In this study, 11.1% (5/45) of the HCC tumors had FGFR mutations, which is slightly higher than the previous report [20]. The gene discussed is FGFR2; the disease is hepatocellular carcinoma.
