Consistently, our results indicated that tumor specific CD8+ T cells were localized in the tumor microenvironment, which induced by intravenous K3-SPG injection (Suppl Figure 7), and these cells were sufficient for tumor regression as anti-CD8- antibody as well as absence of Batf3 genes lacking CD8+ DCs abrogates anti-tumor effects (Suppl Figures 8A, 8B).
