HPSE and infection: During our experimentation, we phenotypically observed far more A. laibachii infection in the wild than other biotrophic pathogens of A. thaliana like Hpa. Therefore, we wanted to know if A. laibachii is better adapted to the primed immune system (i.e., constantly high PR protein levels) than Hpa.
