Treatment with HD-TE was able to significantly increase the lower expression of PEMT, PSD, and PLA2G4 as well as bile acid such as LPA, PA, PS, PE, DG, PG, and LysoPE, indicating that the regulation of lipid metabolism effect of HD-TE on NAFLD was probably associated with the glycerophospholipid metabolism and glycerolipid metabolism signaling pathways. Here, PLA2G4A is linked to metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease.
