Furthermore, we analysed gene expression and survival data from the TCGA Research Network (http://cancergenome.nih.gov/) and found ErbB2 and Nrp1 expression positively correlated in lung cancer patients, and those with high ErbB2 and high Nrp1 expression had significantly worse overall survival than those with low levels of both. The gene discussed is ERBB2; the disease is lung carcinoma.
