Here we prepared a fusion protein consisting of FoxM1 and CTP to improve the anti-tumor effects of DC-based immunotherapy against HCC, and we observed that CTP-FoxM1 fusion protein, but not FoxM1 or CTP, could significantly up-regulate the expression of co-stimulatory molecules including CD40, CD80 and CD86 on the surface of DCs. Here, CD86 is linked to neoplasm.
