To further confirm that p53 signaling was involved in the regulation of USP2, we investigated whether USP2 was inducedby nutlin3a or PUVA in the other CTCL cell lines with functional p53 signaling (Mac2a) and impaired p53 signaling, SeAx (p53mut) and Hut-78 (p53−/−) [29]. This evidence concerns the gene USP2 and primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
