This increase was present in different populations, CD3- (9.2 ± 2.2 % without PHA; 35.9 ± 0.5 % with PHA); CD3 + CD4- (11.3 ± 3.7 % without PHA; 43.7 ± 7.2 % with PHA) and in CD3 + CD4+ (17.1 ± 5.1 % without PHA; 55.7 ± 1.5 % with PHA). The gene discussed is CD4; the disease is Pelger-Huet anomaly.
