In different subtypes, the differences (P < 0.01) in the OS between the two groups were also observed (Fig. 4), and the AUC values in all the subgroup were more than 0.62, especially the AUC value in the ER-positive subgroup was up to 0.82 (Fig. S6), suggesting that the three-lncRNA signature could provide prognostic information in patients with different breast cancer subtypes.
