Because the profiles of spleen cells during experimental lagochilascariosis have never been studied, we accomplished the immunophenotyping of F4/80+, CD4+, CD8+, and CD19+ cells in the spleens of control mice and BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice that were experimentally infected with L. minor; the goal of this study was to identify alterations in the cellular populations during experimental lagochilascariosis infection. Here, CD19 is linked to infection.
