PCDH10 and cancer: With both PCDH10 and RASSF1A, methylation was very rare in controls (2.97% and 5.45%, respectively), but exceedingly common in cancer cases (94.06% in PCDH10 and 83.17% in RASSF1A) with highly significant differences (p < 0.001) using the chi-square test (Fig. 2).
