SIRT2 and familial pancreatic carcinoma: Salermide (SAL), an inhibitor of SIRT1 and SIRT2, is able to kill tumor cells (Lara et al., 2009[17]) including leukeamia, lymphoma, colon, breast (Lara et al., 2009[17]), lung (Liu et al., 2012[19]), neuroblastoma and pancreatic cancer cells (Liu et al., 2013[20]).
