As shown in Figure 1, the Kaplan-Meier survival curve of 77 patients with high-grade gliomas revealed that patients with low TELO2 mRNA expression levels (n = 56) had longer overall survival than those with high TELO2 mRNA expression levels (n = 21) (P = 0.0017, by log-rank test; 95% CI: 0.1824-0.6735, Ratio 0.3505). This evidence concerns the gene TELO2 and central nervous system cancer.
