For example, we found that an L-FFL motif constituted by SNHG12, E2F1, and miR-16, and an M-FFL motif constituted by E2F1, miR-16 and AURKB could form a complex regulation motif by sharing common TF E2F1 and miRNA miR-16, which were highly dysregulated in breast and bladder cancers (Figure 5A, Supplementary Table S6).
