Thus, our study aimed to (i) determine the immunohistochemical expression of SKP2 as a prognostic marker of patients with cervical cancer receiving radiotherapy, (ii) evaluate expression of SKP2 as a predictor of response to radiotherapy in a cohort of patients and cell lines, and (iii) investigate the role of SKP2 in response of DNA damage of cervical cancer cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene SKP2 and cervical carcinoma.
