FN1 and hip fracture: The adjusted predictive capacity of FRAX analysed using the mean ratio between observed fractures (ObsFx) during the 10-year follow-up period of the cohort and the fracture risk estimates rates (ExpFx) was 2.29, CI 95 % 1.91–2.74) for major osteoporotic fracture and 2.28 [CI 95 % 1.56–3.32] for hip fracture using the FRAX tool without BMD, and on the introduction of the FN T-score was 2.01 [CI 95 % 1.68–2.41] and 1.83 [CI 95 % 1.25–2.67], respectively (Table 5).
