These results demonstrated that omentin-1 (OR 0.983, 95% CI 0.970 to 0.996; P = 0.008), HR (OR 1.076, 95% CI 1.016 to 1.140; P = 0.013), CRP (OR 7.166, 95% CI 1.551 to 33.098; P = 0.012), and TnI (OR 64.078, 95% CI 2.908 to 241.933; P = 0.008) were independently associated with DCM before NT-proBNP levels, the gold standard for the diagnosis of heart failure, were added.
