In conclusion, through analyzing the peripheral blood of early-onset RA patients, we demonstrated that the standardized method of Human Immunology Project and the expression of CD161 in human Th17 cells were valid and that the ratio of IFNγ+Th17 cells in memory Th cells was inversely correlated with the titer of anti-CCP antibodies in the peripheral blood from early-onset RA patients. The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is rheumatoid arthritis.
