CXCL10 and dengue disease: group were involved in innate immunity (CCL2, CCL3, CCL8, CD69, RANTES, IL1RA, IP-10) and coagulation (uPAR, FGA) pathways that were previously associated with dengue severity [27–32] andmay be informative of the strength of the innate response during early infection, which may be related to the progression of disease severity after Day 1–3.
