While up-regulating miR-200a expression decreased the invasion and migration capabilities of HCC cells (Figure 6B), inhibiting the expression of miR-200a-3p increased the levels of ZEB1 but decreased the levels of E-Cadherin in HCC cells treated with miR-200a-3p inhibitor (Figure 6C).
