We found that significantly elevated TROP2 expression characterized a subgroup with significantly worse overall survival in patients with early stage prostate tumors (Gleason 6, p=0.006536, n=77) (Figure 1C), while TROP2 levels were not significantly correlated with differences in survival for other Gleason grades (Supplementary Figure S1). The gene discussed is TACSTD2; the disease is prostate neoplasm.
