When UIs in GC and CRC were compared, the UIs of all SFs were lower (SRSF3, HNRNPA1, and SRSF6) or tended to be lower in GC than in CRC; the differences between GC and CRC were greatest for SRSF3 (40 %; p < 0.001), followed by HNRNPA1 (36 %; p < 0.001), SRSF6 (24 %; p = 0.004), and the other SFs. Here, HNRNPA1 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
