The results of this study showed that the PPAR signaling pathway was significantly enriched (corrected P-value < 0.05) and FABP4, AQP7, ADIPOQ, PEPCK, SCD, LPL and PLIN1 in PPAR signaling pathway were significantly downregulated at stage 1 of secondary HF. This evidence concerns the gene ADIPOQ and hydrops fetalis.
