CRP and childhood gender nonconformity: Patients with significantly impaired FS (the moderate or severe group) tended to be older, female, have CGN as a cause of ESKD less often, have more co-morbidities (e.g., vascular diseases, malignancy, liver disease, and dementia), have a higher prevalence of temporary catheter as a type of vascular access, and have lower serum albumin and higher CRP levels, all of which can be judged as clinically significant.
