As shown in Fig. 1, the expression of RNF8 was increased in MCF7 (2.0-fold), and significantly elevated in T47D (7.3-fold), MDA-MB-231 (6.0-fold), BT549 (5.0-fold) and MDA-MB-435 (9.9-fold), as compared with the expression of RNF8 in MCF-10A and MCF-10 F, suggesting that the expression of RNF8 positively correlated with the metastatic potential of breast cancer cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene RNF8 and breast cancer.
