Rabbit monoclonal anti-ATM antibody [Y170] (ab32420) identified a nuclear antigen in tissue sections generated from formalin fixed, paraffin embedded (FFPE) human lymphoblastoid cells (GM14680) that express ATM, but not in lymphoblastoid cells (GM01526) derived from an ataxia telangiectasia patient that express no detectable protein by immunoblotting (Figure 1). This evidence concerns the gene ATM and ataxia telangiectasia.
