The results showed JARID2 protein was primarily localized to the nucleus in HCC (Figure 1E1, Figure 2A) and was highly expressed in 59.4% and 57.6% (69/116; 38/66; Table 1) of HCC tissues, as compared with 12.9% and 3.0% (15/116; 2/66; Supplementary Table 2) in corresponding ANLTs. This evidence concerns the gene JARID2 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
