In the assessment of differential diagnostic accuracy, exosomal FN using ELISA method 1 (AUC, 0.748; 95% CI 0.683–0.812; sensitivity, 68.9%; specificity, 72.0%) had slightly higher AUC values than ELISA method 2 (AUC, 0.684; 95% CI 0.614–0.753; sensitivity, 54.4%; specificity, 75.2%) in patients with BC, compared to patients with benign breast tumors and non-cancerous diseases (Figure 5B and Table 3).
