Ki-67 staining was correlated with tumor growth as expected (R = 0.93) (Figure 1D), although a slow growing mucinous tumor OCIP130 (Supplementary Figure 2D, 2E) showed anomalously high levels of Ki-67 staining in cells surrounding the mucin filled ducts (Supplementary Figure 2F). The gene discussed is MKI67; the disease is neoplasm.
