It is notable that, in the safety population of 200 women, the only cases of eclampsia (n = 2), HELLP syndrome (n = 3), pulmonary edema (n = 1), acute renal failure (n = 3) and cerebral hemorrhage (n = 1) occurred in patients with an sFlt-1/PlGF ratio of 85 or above.
