CDK6 and osteosarcoma: Moreover, compared with cells transfected with pre-miR-29b alone, those transfected with both pre-miR-29b and the CDK6-ORF-overexpression plasmid exhibited significantly higher proliferation rates (Fig. 4H), suggesting that miR-29b-resistant CDK6 is sufficient to rescue the suppression of CDK6 by miR-29b and to attenuate the anti-proliferation effect of miR-29b on osteosarcoma cells.
