Upregulation of SULF2, as shown here in HNSCC, has been reported in a range of tumors including pancreatic adenocarcinoma [5, 6], hepatocellular carcinomas [4], lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma [4, 7], esophageal carcinomas [8] and human breast cancer and hyperplastic tissues [5].
