These include two down-regulated tumor suppressor genes CCNDBP1 [40] and AHNAK [41] targeted by a putative miRNA region in chr2:17753239-17753361 (-), and two overexpressed genes MYO10 [42] and CCNB2 [43] targeted by a putative miRNA region in chr5:181243270-181243420 (-), which overlaps SNORD95. These genes are known to play essential roles in breast cancer tumorigenesis, invasion and metastasis [40–43]. This evidence concerns the gene CCNDBP1 and breast carcinoma.
