Alternatively, having the G allele compared to not having the G allele for rs3733402 (KLKB1 gene) decreased the odds of the baseline covariates, hypertension, and history of angina by 24% [OR = 0.762; 95% CI = (0.623, 0.931); P = 0.008], which was statistically significant (P ≤ 0.01) for multiple testing after Bonferroni correction. Here, KLKB1 is linked to angina pectoris.
