A total of 425 subjects in eight studies were included in the final analysis of OS [9, 11, 14, 16, 19, 20, 30, 34], which showed that low expression of p16 was associated with decreased OS in patients with bladder cancer (HR = 1.70, 95% CI = 1.16~2.50, and P = 0.007), with no significant observed heterogeneity (I2 = 0%, P = 0.584) (Figure 3(b)). This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and urinary bladder cancer.
