A significant inverse correlation in which high-expression of WNT7A and low-expression of miR-15b (n = 147 vs n = 146 of low-expression of WNT7A and high-expression of miR-15b) was associated with reduced survival rate of ovarian cancer patients by log-rank test (P = 0.0297, Fig 1C). This evidence concerns the gene WNT7A and ovarian carcinoma.
