NSCLC lines treated long-term (up to nine months) include adenocarcinoma, large cell and squamous cell carcinoma histology; Caucasian and African American patients; males and females ranging in age from 25 to 73; a range of oncogenotypes including different combinations of p53, KRAS, LKB1/STK11, and EGFR mutations (Supplemental Table S1), and both sensitive and resistant lines to standard chemotherapy and targeted therapies.
