In addition to comparing DNA methylation between PCOS patients and controls, we also conducted EWAS on the 30 PCOS patients for their clinical features including BMI, MC, reproductive hormones (E2, LH, FSH, P, TSH, PRL, TST), and metabolic variables (IRI, IRI2, GLU, GLU2, HOMA-IR). This evidence concerns the gene PRL and polycystic ovary syndrome.
