CXCR4 and Epstein-Barr virus infection: Figure 6 shows that gene-pathway network graph analyses revealed that the 28 DE mRNAs, including ICAM1, TLR9, TNF receptor-associated factor 1 (TRAF1), CXCR4, chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 20 (CCL20), and CD19 were likely involved in chemokine signaling pathways, the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-Κb) signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, African trypanosomiasis, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, and Epstein-Barr virus infection [27–30], which are involved in the pathogenesis of pSS.
