To date, several TAAs have been described as potential targets in ovarian cancer such as [4] New York esophageal-1 (NY-ESO-1), p53, Human Epidermal Growth Factor 2 (HER2)/neu [32], survivin, folate receptor α, sperm surface protein (Sp 17), Wilms Tumor protein 1 (WT1), Mucin 1 (MUC1), melanoma associated antigen-3 (MAGE3), CA-125 and human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) [33]. This evidence concerns the gene MAGEA3 and ovarian carcinoma.
