While no differences in the total levels of Incenp, Survivin, Aurora B, or MKLP-1 were detected upon infection (Fig. 3A and B), approximately 50% of the cells infected with the wild-type strain showed abnormal localization of Incenp and approximately 70% showed abnormal localization of Aurora B, Survivin, and MKLP-1 at the cleavage furrow, in comparison to less than 3% of uninfected cells (Fig. 3A and C).
